Brand Zagmentation

Brand Zagmentation is HardyCD's proprietary marketing philosophy that is used from initial concept, research, testing through to execution and tracking ROI and the campaign's effectiveness.

Marketing communications is pretty basic: problem, product, customer. Solving the problem of getting your brand in front of your desired customer, and changing that customer's preference to your brand requires more than a logo and a fetching storefront.

Every business should start each day asking itself this basic question: How can I persuade my customers to believe there is no substitute for my brand?

Your brand begins with the way you answer your phone. You will loose business if you make your customers navigate an arduous phone menu. You will loose business if the person answering the phone is less than empathetic and ill-informed about your company's offerings.

Your brand is the way you conduct business. This is going beyond what your customers feel is good service and you giving them great service. Think about the last time you talked to a customer outside of the scope of their immediate need that brought them to your store. You probably gave them a long-term solution that will grow with them, rather than a stop-gap solution they will soon outgrow.

Your brand never sleeps. Should your widget fail during closing hours, your customer will take any brand that will fix the immediate problem. It's paying attention to that customer who swaps out the immediate fix for your brand that merits your brand introspection.

Your brand needs to be heard. Your brand must strike that deep, resonant chord within your target audience. This is when your customers believe there is no substitute for your brand.

Most businesses stop at the brand experience. Most customers want an experienced brand.

This is all the difference between having survived another year, and having a great year.

Collectively we've worked on some of the biggest brands in business.
