CAMPAIGN: "Debt Into Equity 2008"
SUMMARY: By taking a personal high-touch approach to both employers and employees in this economy, and not batch process like their competition, has earned them an increase in their brand trust with their audience. This campaign also had the unintentional result of forcing Advantage Financial Group to move to larger office space which was, ironically, a former bank's branch building. Without adding staff, the firm's income rose 75% in 2008, with a 64% increase in new clients — and extended operating hours.

CLIENT: Tekamah Public Library Foundation
CAMPAIGN: "Let There Be Light"
SUMMARY: The Tekamah Public Library Foundation exists for the sole reason to keep their 1916 Carnegie Library building filled with the latest knowledge to share with their community. The Tekamah Public Library has a regional draw, and it's the focal point of community gatherings. Defying trends that put the world's information on a convenient laptop, this library is a beacon for those who seek knowledge as freedom. Those who used the Tekamah Public Library in their formative years still see it as an icon and a social tool for personal improvement. This library has prepared over six generations for life away from Tekamah. And when word went out that their library needed them, they gave over 295% of the initial need of $87,500. Burt County may be one of Nebraska's poorest counties, but its people are richer with a wealth of knowledge kept current in their Tekamah Public Library.

CAMPAIGN: "Debt Into Equity 2007"
SUMMARY: The stigma attached to overwhelming personal debt leads the debtor to succumb to the allure of free credit, while maintaining the facade of success. Hardy Communications Development began by re-branding Advantage Financial Group's debt management program as a process, and re-named it "Debt In To Equity." The campaign's creative profiled a typical couple who hit a financial wall, and how they turned their debt into equity using this process. This campaign grew Advantage Financial Group's debt management business by 500% during Fourth Quarter of 2007.
